They will take your money and quadruple the time taken to 'complete' job. Bad workmanship, bad attitude to complaints - beware Maw and Paw as they will eat you up and spit you out should you complain. This is is in sharp contrast to the milk and honey poured over you at contract time. Trading standards looking into many complaints. They have not been trading as a kitchen/bathroom/bedroom company for the years they claim - they sold household paint and paper! The electrician is not registered with anyone and his work proves this. Trading Standards keep getting complaints, but nothing seems to happen to this 'Teflon' family, perhaps it's al that smooze/slim??

had 2wk empty house to fit kitchen.convinced me to pay full amount before i went away. i returned home to unfinished job, they took further 3wks. Its a mess - tiling uneven, floor broke my hoover. 2yr old can get her whole hand between hob n worktop. units cut and uneven splintering edges. unfortunately i am single mum n cant afford to take this further

Do not touch with a barge pole - breach of contract, lies, bad workmanship and in particular, dangerous wiring that has cost us a fortune to put right, despite having certification from appropriate ombudsman for electrics (niceic) this company continue to spew bile. After 8 months, still awaiting response from their solicitor re monies owed for damaged goods and breach of contract. Trading standards involved to no avail. I beg of you, do not be taken in with the cheery 'family' atmosphere, unless you are prepared to do business in a shark infested pool. They advertise that they do not sub-contract, ask them about their plasterer, who has a day job elsewhere and you will find him working on your house at very late hours e.g. 11pm onwards. To be fair, their plasterer does an excellent job, perhaps they should sub-contract all their 'contractors'??
