• Overall Good Experience

  We bought our Loola travel system here in 2008 and it's now been used on 2 babies. They gave us plenty of good advice to help us decide on which travel system to choose as there was a big choice. We went back there to get my son's car seat and we were again given great customer service. They didn't push a sale on us infact the first time we went they advised us that we could carry on for longer with just our rear facing baby carrier. Even when the clip on our baby carrier broke with our second son The Pram shop sent the carrier away to be repaired free of charge. We have found their customer service to be fantastic and will be using them again in future.

• Poor customer service

  Do not waste your time or money in this shop. The owner is rude and beware if you did not buy your pram/pushchair from keddies she grudges selling any accessories to you! Go to babyland.

• dont waste your money

  We spent over £500 on goods from this shop. The pram I bought is faulty and has been sent back twice and is still not fixed. The owner will not admit there is anything wrong with it and I am left with a pram I cannot use. The service I have recieved has been horrendous and the whole experience has been extremely inconvenient and upsetting and I am disgusted at the way they have treated us. I would not reccomend this shop to anyone in a million years.

• Dont waste your money!!

  Bought a pram from here in MAy 2006 and have had nothing but problems with it. Cant take it out as the backrest jams everytime and it takes two people to fix it. It has been back to Mamas and Papas for repair 4 times but Keddies are not accepting liability for this are are refusing to give a refund or replacement. I have heard a few stories from others who have had problems with this shop. I dont reccomend purchasing anything from this shop because as soon as they have your money you wont get anywhere with them if the product is faulty.
