DID NOT TURN UP!!!!!!!!!!!

We booked this cowboy outfit to move us, there were meant to turn up at midday, no phone call or anything to say they were late, we called them at 1pm they said they didnt know when they were arriving, at 3pm we called again and asked when they were coming. Mike (the guy who was moving us) shouted at my husband when he was asked why they were late and shouted they he had my husband right where he wanted him and that he didnt have to turn up. He said he had been working in the heat all day (not our fault) and said we needed him and he had us right where he wanted us. We have a 1 year old son, as you can imagine this was our worst nightmare. There were no vans elsewhere to hire so we ended up using a family friends pick up. What worse than the fact they never turned up is the way he shouted at my husband like it was our fault!!!
