window world worst customer service ever

Window world installed my windows 8 years ago and we were provided with a 10year guarantee we have had to call them out on several occasions with faulty handles and window latches. recently we have had to call them again with faulty handles, when the workman arrived he said my windows were old and the handles were no good and that he would replace them, he also broke the arm on my bathroom window and said he would be back in a week to replace and fix them all. 4weeks later and several telephone calls we are still waiting!my husband has been now told again they will be out today but no record on file ref all the problems we have had and been told the handles are not covered by warranty as due to wear an tear. Window world are often unhelpful and extremely rude and i would never recommend anyone to buy from them Edit: 29/04/11 update Lee from window world arrived at 6pm and after 5minutes advised me that the part we have been waiting for 4 weeks for is in the van and as the van has been to the dump several times today he was not prepared to look for it, another case of great customer service! Bathroom window now worse than was before .mr and mrs Robertson from Glenrothes
