Synergy Yoga and Therapy Centre for Health in Fife

Synergy is a purpose designed yoga and complimentery health centre. Run by yoga guru Maggie McKeen, Synergy not only offers a range of yoga classes from yoga for the not so fit to yoga for kids but it also is a base for a range of complimentery therapists, such as a GP acupuncturist, a great masseur called Rosie as well as other less usual therapies. Maggie runs pamper evenings to sample new treatments and is active in raising funds for the local "Maggies" cancer centre. There is also a traidcraft shop as well as a little cafe for lunches and coffees. Synergy is a wonderful resource and offers a haven for users. The service is personal and enthusiastic and I would personally recommend it to others in the area.
