Brief business description

At Craigluscar Farm we have been rearing Highland Beef for five successful years. All of our cattle are naturally bred and raised in Fife, Scotland. They are grass fed and well hung (for 3-4 weeks). This process ensures that our meat is lean and tender with a slightly "gamey" flavour. We are currently supplying our quality highland beef all over central Scotland. If you would like to place an order please contact us to discuss your requirements.
